Vice President, Sales | US East, United States

The Role

This senior leadership position will be responsible for driving regional sales performance across the US East territory, leading a team focused on new business acquisition, customer growth, and revenue expansion.

Working closely with technical, customer-facing, and operational teams, you will develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies, build relationships with senior customer stakeholders, and create a high-performance sales culture focused on consistent execution and measurable results.

The successful candidate will bring significant experience leading enterprise technology sales teams, managing complex sales cycles, and delivering predictable revenue growth within large and sophisticated customer environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead regional sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue, pipeline, and growth objectives.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop sales leaders and account executives across the territory.
  • Drive consistent adoption of structured sales methodologies and best-practice sales execution.
  • Conduct regular forecasting, pipeline reviews, territory planning, and performance management activities.
  • Develop and implement regional growth plans focused on customer acquisition and account expansion.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders within target organisations.
  • Collaborate with technical, marketing, customer success, and operational teams to support revenue generation and successful customer outcomes.
  • Lead strategic deal negotiations, executive engagement activities, and key account planning initiatives.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top-performing sales talent while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Extensive enterprise technology sales experience within software, cybersecurity, identity, security, or related technology sectors.
  • Proven experience leading regional sales teams and sales managers.
  • Strong track record of delivering revenue growth, quota achievement, and forecast accuracy.
  • Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to build executive-level customer relationships and influence strategic buying decisions.
  • Strong commercial, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience implementing and driving disciplined sales methodologies and processes.
  • Excellent planning, organisational, and analytical capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.

  • Experience selling into large enterprise or regulated industry environments.
  • Exposure to security, identity management, authentication, or enterprise software solutions.

$450,000 - $500,000 OTE + Equity
