The Role
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager to support agile development teams and oversee the delivery of multiple concurrent initiatives.
This role combines hands-on agile facilitation with broader project management responsibilities, ensuring that teams operate efficiently, remain aligned with business priorities, and deliver high-quality outcomes on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and blockers, and work with teams to resolve them
- Define project plans, timelines, and ownership across teams
- Ensure delivery milestones are met within agreed scope and timelines
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on priorities and progress
- Track and report on project status, performance, and productivity
- Maintain transparency across teams through clear documentation and reporting
- Support prioritisation of technical initiatives alongside broader business goals
Requirements
- 5–7+ years’ experience in Scrum Master or Agile Project Management roles
- Experience working with multiple teams and managing concurrent projects
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving blockers
- Experience using agile project management tools (e.g. Jira or similar)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with modern software development practices
- Experience working in financial services or similarly complex environments
- Relevant Agile certifications (e.g. Scrum Master certifications)
