The Role

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive new business and expand existing client relationships across a defined territory.

This role involves managing the full sales lifecycle, from identifying opportunities and engaging stakeholders through to closing deals and growing long-term accounts. You will work closely with internal teams and partners to deliver solutions that meet client needs and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development and exceed revenue targets
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers within target accounts
  • Develop and execute account strategies across the assigned territory
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting
  • Support customer success and ensure high levels of client satisfaction

Requirements

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to engage effectively at senior executive level
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Self-starter with strong drive and accountability
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region
